HIT Achieves good OFSTED grades.

Here at HIT Training, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve once again been awarded a GOOD grade by Ofsted. This is following a rigorous inspection process, which took place earlier this year across our 35 nationwide offices and 500 members of staff.
Within Ofsted’s report, our fantastic team was commended for its strong leadership, commitment and shared high aspirations for the learners and employers we work with. As a result, our apprentices are highly motivated and have a positive attitude to their work and qualifications.
We’re committed to continually developing our service so that the businesses and learners we work with receive the highest quality support and training. As such, we were among the first in the sector to offer the new apprenticeship standards and have been working hard to further grow our Chef Academy. This commitment has been recognised by Ofsted, which noted the strategic management and excellent facilitates we offer to help our learners to develop new skills, sustain their employment and gain additional responsibilities.
Commenting on the results, HIT Training’s Managing Director, Jill Whittaker, said: “I am beyond proud of the team for once again achieving a fantastic Ofsted result. It’s their hard work, dedication and unconditional passion for what we do which makes HIT the highest quality training provider in the hospitality sector. This Ofsted grade is entirely down to them and their commitment to supporting our learners in achieving their career dreams.”
