Welcome to the Client Reservations team-

The Client Reservations team build long-lasting relationships with our extensive leisure client base and utilise their unrivalled knowledge of the serviced apartment market to source the most suitable accommodation options. They also provide outstanding customer service, turning around enquiries with speed and precision, and regularly attend networking events and property openings.

 

Your role at SilverDoor and Citybase Apartments-

As a Guest Relations Team Leader, you’ll take a principal role in ensuring the Reservations team consistently hit target and maximise conversions from all leisure bookings brought in. It’s your duty to actively seek out new business opportunities, and handle all leisure enquires of seven nights or more. You’ll maintain high standards of presentation and content by spot checking quotes and other reservation administration, whilst continually reviewing the performance of the team. This position will require you to work closely with the Marketing department in developing our new and improved leisure client proposition.

 

Ideally you’ll have-

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • A second language (ideally French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin or Cantonese)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Knowledge of the travel/hospitality industry
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
